A very big week expected!

So this is the training schedule for this week.

Monday
10km Run with Coach Doug 5.30am - Done
Swim Squad PM - Done

Tuesday
30km Group ride with Gail 5.40am - Done

Wednesday
Rest Day - AKA Clean the house before Aaron comes home day!

Thursday
10km run at Runners Club 6pm (along with talking to 5 people I don't know to get me out of my comfort zone)

Friday
30km Group Hills ride with Gail 5.40am

Saturday
70-80km Group Natural Temptations ride (Fast Group Av 30-32km/p hour)

Sunday
5km Cross Country Run

I need to add to this schedule 2 netball training sessions for the girls, 1 netball game for Gemma, working almost fulltime, 7 dinners, ironing, general housework, washing and anything anyone will no doubt throw at me at the last minute.
