Ironman NZ

Coach Crealy and lots of my new triathlon friends are competing in Ironman NZ today! Coach Crealy's swim time of 1.06 amazing... she is currently on the third and last lap of the bike... Go Coach Crealy GO!

    You are all crazy! Inspiring ... but CRAZY !!! Rach, you have totally crossed over. As long as you keep cutting your toast in triangles, our bliss bond remains unbroken.

    Wonderful strong women with goals and aspiration for themselves. Brilliant !
    And yes, toast is always cut in triangles, really, people who don't know that simply are not the right sort.

    Thanks for the cheers - toughest day ever out there. apparently 160mm of rain fell during the race period. Missed my goal time, but happy to only be down by 3 mins from my port time considering everything that went wrong.
    Now for the serious training - the Busso RIDE
