- Goal - Coach Potato to Ironman.. dragging as many people along for the ride as possible. I want to be a positive role model for my girls, I want them to aspire to achieve the impossible, knowing anything is possible with a little hard work. I want my Mum to know she is never too old. I want to be the fittest, healthiest and happiest person I know. I want to make Coach Crealy smile on a daily basis with the knowledge that she has helped change my life in ways I can't begin to express.
