Last night was interval training at the runners club... A very cold night and I don't think any of us were in the mood to go.. But off we trudged... Us girls did two laps as a warm up and then the session started ... I did 6km in total and both girls did around 4.5kms... so very proud of both of them. They are definately going to leave me for dead come race day... I still felt happy with the run I did...and in the end I really did enjoy it... Going home for a ride with Stella this afternoon... very excited... must try and work out the gears today as the hills are not easy in the gear the bike is currently in....
