Not sure how that happened.

I had planned to go to the gym this morning for a run session on the treadmill. Run Coach Doug is away on holidays and I am starting to get jumpy legs, I feel safe at the gym, still way too dark for me to be out running on my own... I know I am a wuss.

I got the gear out last night, set my alarm for 5.15am, had a lovely dinner (made by Master Chef Aaron) and an early night (lights out by 9.30pm) some how when the alarm went off at 5.15am I have managed to turn it off and roll over and go back to sleep. Not sure how or why! Is definately a mystery! My brain must be on holidays too.

A run this afternoon should sort out the brain!

  1. Hahahaha - the same thing happened to me one night when I had to do 2 hrly blood tests on Catharina through the night. I woke up at 6am having missed the 4am alarm to find that I had stuffed the stupid alarm under my pillow!
