- Goal - Coach Potato to Ironman.. dragging as many people along for the ride as possible. I want to be a positive role model for my girls, I want them to aspire to achieve the impossible, knowing anything is possible with a little hard work. I want my Mum to know she is never too old. I want to make Coach Crealy smile on a daily basis with the knowledge that she has helped change my life in ways I can't begin to express.
No rain here, 47 degrees and a ripping big sand storm. Not nice !
ReplyDeleteI have entered a triathlon at the camp.
We will be doing a 3 klm, row (rowing machine) a 10 klm bike ride, (a real bike ride) and a 5 klm run, (real running).
I have 6 weeks to get ready. Yikes !
